HPS is pleased to roll out a series of videos, presented by Kenneth J. Miller, discussing common types of medical malpractice cases. Ken has investigated and litigated hundreds of medical malpractice cases and has the experience HPS clients need to fully evaluate injuries and successfully obtain justice.
In this first episode, Ken discusses “Failure to Diagnose” cases, including what happens when a physician makes the wrong diagnosis, or fails to make a timely diagnosis, of a life threatening medical condition.
In the second episode of Ken’s video series, he discusses another common type of medical malpractice, “Hospital Mistake” cases. In addition, he reviews the factors that make these types of cases more complex than your typical personal injury case.
In the third episode, Ken reviews cases involving “Medication Errors”. He also outlines the standard processes HPS has in place when evaluating this type of medical malpractice, refined as a result of representing many clients in cases like these.
